Marketing Campaign Specialist



TBN is searching for a Marketing Campaign Specialist, to assist in the tracking and development of integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, working in a fast-paced agile marketing department. They should have knowledge working with marketing automation software, campaign development, along with the skills to report and tell a story with data being mined from TBN's tech stack. This individual should be very coachable and willing to learn.



Skill Sets Desired:


  • Strong Analytical background
  • Must be metrics driven and a very strong analytic thinker
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (conversion rates, traffic, campaign results, ROI, etc.) to consult on future marketing strategies
  • Creative campaign skillset
  • Proven track record of developing and managing marketing programs tied to specific goals (e.g., awareness, engagement, revenue)
  • Ability to work with multiple databases, queries, and contact lists
  • Ensuring data stays separate within the overarching marketing database
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to effectively and efficiently work within a fast-paced agile marketing environment
  • Experience managing multi-touch, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in creating nurture tracks
  • Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish; Can work independently with minimal supervision



Proficiency in the following tool sets is desirable but not required:


  • CRM systems such as, Sugar, etc.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, MailChimp, Constant Contact
  • Google Analytics
  • MS Office: Word / Power Point / Excel
  • HTML/CSS (For email editing and creation purposes)
